Welcome to the Escena Club!

There are a lot of different ways to enjoy Escena, but the best way is through the Escena Club. As an Escena Club member, you now have access to exclusive savings, rewards, and perks every time you play. Here’s how to make the most of it:

Booking & Eligibility
– Book with the new & improved Escena App — now featuring built-in GPS at no extra charge.
– Guests: bring up to 3 guests at your rate when prepaid at booking.
– Member must be present and prepared to show ID when using an Escena Club rate.
– For various reasons, we may occasionally need to reposition your group on the tee sheet. We’ll reach out if so, and appreciate your flexibility.

Rates & Booking Windows
– 0–3 days before play (short window): lowest rates available.
– 4–30 days before play (advance window): member rates are at least 15% off the public rate (excludes special promos like Public Four Players Special).
*Booking window tip: A new day’s tee sheet becomes available at 6:00 AM Pacific — no need to stay up until midnight.

What if I have to cancel?
Cancellations may be done by calling the golf shop at (760) 778-2737 ext. 1. You may leave a message if a staff member is not available at the time of your call. Cancellation requirements are as follows:
– Advance bookings (4–30 days) must cancel at least 72 hours in advance.
– Short-window bookings (0–3 days) must cancel up to 24 hours in advance.

Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, the timing of the refund back to your account depends on how you booked your tee time:
– When you pay with Golf Cash, the refund will post instantly back to your Golf Cash balance.
– When you pay with a credit or debit card, refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

What is Golf Cash*?
– Golf Cash is a digital currency that can be purchased through the Escena App. (See below for additional information.)
– You can take advantage of periodic special offers to purchase Golf Cash that provide “Bonus” Golf Cash on top of the amount you purchase.
-Use Golf Cash for green fees and golf shop merchandise. (Golf Cash is not able to be used for restaurant or on-course concession purchases.)
– You must have enough Golf Cash to cover the entire cost of a tee time.
– If you don’t, you can reload more in the App or pay in full with a credit or debit card.
– Golf Cash cannot be used to purchase next season’s Escena Club membership.
– If you ever need to cancel a tee time purchased with Golf Cash, the refund to your account is immediate (as opposed to credit/debit card purchases, which can take several days to process).

Rewards
– Earn 10 points per $1 spent on green fees.
– Convert your points into additional green-fee savings by clicking “Redeem Escena Club Rewards” at checkout.
– Adjustments cannot be made after a booking is complete.
– Redemption options vary by time of year.
– Rewards can only be applied once per day.
*NOTE: Escena Club Rewards are completely independent of and unrelated to the “Yards” program in the App, which is promoted and managed exclusively by the App Developer.

What are “Yards”?
The Yards program is managed independently by the Escena App developer and is separate from the Escena Rewards program. Yards are unlocked by engaging with the Escena mobile app. To unlock Yards, Take simple actions in the app, such as:
– Booking a tee time
– Loading Golf Cash
– Liking a post
– Spinning the Yards wheel
– …and more. The more you interact, the more Yards you unlock.

How do I redeem Yards?
You can put your Yards to work in two main ways:
1. Giveaways: Spend your Yards on entries into a variety of giveaway options. Escena app users have already been winners of multiple prizes!
– Chances of winning vary. Golfers from other courses using the same platform also enter giveaways.
– The more entries you unlock, the greater your chances of winning.
2.Yards Store: Access seasonal Escena offers you can redeem with Yards. Examples include special golf shop merchandise offers and other exclusive items.

Golf Shop Savings
– 25% off non-sale merchandise on purchases of $100+ (excludes golf balls & F&B items).
– 10% off other non-sale merchandise (excludes golf balls & F&B items).

Stay Connected
In the Escena App, check the “Feed” for Escena Club exclusive specials and important updates, including:
– Course conditions, projects, frost/weather delays
– Golf shop sales
– Green Fee promotions
– And more!

After Your Round
– Escena Lounge & Grill is the perfect spot to finish with a bite or beverage.

*Golf Cash is a digital currency that lives inside the Escena Golf app and provides for the ability to pay for select products and services, including green fees and in-store merchandise purchases. It can also be transferred to other active Escena Golf app accounts. Refunds for green fee cancelations within the program guidelines that were originally purchased with Golf Cash go immediately back to the Golf Cash account, avoiding credit card processing delays. Golf Cash is non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, restaurant or beverage cart purchases, or gift cards.
